- Triple layer tough to tear
- Hydrate- Freeze , Chill- Apply- Discard
- Absorbent Mini cells soak in clean water until cells have risen and are firm to touch.
- Wipe dry and place in freezer for as long as possible minimum 1 hour.
- Insert into cover
- Application:
- Apply to injured area for 20 minutes at a time
- For Sport and Other Injuries
- R - Rest, stop activity and rest
- I - Ice, apply Medi-Pak for up to 20 minutes
- C - Compression, light compression may help to relieve pain
- E - Elevation, is most effective when the injured area is supported above the heart.
- Cold Therapy can be applied and removed in 20-minute rotations for up to 48-72 hrs if merited.
